What You're Buying

When you purchase the Good to Outstanding handbook, you receive personal, permanent access to the digital handbook via a unique access link. This is a single-user licence for your personal use only.

You may not redistribute, share, resell, or make the handbook available to others. Each purchase is for one individual user.

Permanent Access

Your access link does not expire. You can access the handbook on any device, at any time, for as long as the service is available. We have no intention of discontinuing the service, but in the unlikely event that we do, we will provide reasonable notice and offer downloadable versions of all content.

14-Day Refund Policy

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email hello@goodtooutstanding.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund within 5 working days.

Content & Accuracy

The handbook is designed to help care home managers prepare for CQC inspections. While we make every effort to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date, CQC guidance can change. Always check cqc.org.uk for the latest official guidance.

The handbook is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for inspection outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
